Objective
Create dynamic motion media that captures the energy and artistry of the Penumbra dance performance.
Strategy
Produced motion graphics and video content highlighting key moments of the performance, emphasizing choreography, lighting, and atmosphere to engage audiences.
Bringing Penumbra to Life Through Motion Media
Created nine unique psychedelic-themed animations for a student dance performance at Trinity College (March 2022). Work included 3D music visualizers, 2.5D looping animations using Blender's Grease Pencil, kaleidoscope effects, VFX compositing, and collaborative animation built from a student's painting. Each piece was tailored to specific songs and acts throughout the performance.
